Juan Camilo is an entrepreneur with over fifteen years of proven experience in founding, scaling, and strategically leading businesses within the bioenergy, nature-based solutions, and agribusiness sectors in Colombia.

He has led complex, large-scale industrial and agroindustrial projects, from conception and structuring to commissioning. He has strong experience in implementing global supply chains and negotiating long-term strategic contracts and relationships. 

​

His experience includes the successful culmination of M&A processes, notably the sale of three companies, two of which he founded, the most recent was acquired by an international private equity fund. This experience is complemented by over ten years in the corporate arena, where he held senior positions in business development and international expansion at international professional services firms in New York and London.

Juan Camilo provides the strategic direction of the company and manages key stakeholder relationships.

Carlos is a seasoned forestry and bioenergy project developer with extensive experience leading large-scale initiatives in biomass, renewable fuels, and sustainable silviculture. His background includes the founding of a company where he structured an 8,000-hectare plantation program, which was backed by a global technology firm. Carlos also served as the low-carbon fuels, SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuels), and biomass practice leader for a global consulting firm based in Australia.

Previously, he founded and managed another development company, through which he spearheaded bioenergy and biofuel projects in Chile and Colombia, designing integrated forestry models for timber and biomass production.He held a director role at one of Chile's leading silviculture companies, where he oversaw projects that successfully planted over 7,000 hectares annually.

 

He complements his operational experience with a solid financial foundation, having worked in New York for a hedge fund specializing in energy and natural resources, focusing on project finance, investment analysis, and global commodity markets. Earlier in his career, Carlos held various positions within the financial sector and at "Big 4" firms.

 

Carlos leads all development functions at the company.

Juliana is a financial executive with over fifteen years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, investment analysis, and operations. She served as the CFO of a Colombian agribusiness company with sales in more than 30 countries and a complex logistical and operational network. She also founded and managed, for several years, a fresh-cut flower import and sales company in Miami.

Her solid financial foundation was forged over 10 years in the financial sector in New York, including a role as Vice President within the private equity unit at one of the world's largest asset managers, where she evaluated investments, structured transactions, and managed portfolio performance. She began her career at another specialized investment firm in Boston, where she acquired robust experience in analysis, due diligence, and capital markets.

Currently, Juliana leads the financial strategy, investor relations, and impact integration, ensuring that projects combine rigorous financial discipline with measurable social and environmental outcomes.
