On-Site Technology Evaluation and Selection of Industrial Systems

Last week, Rebalance75’s engineering and development technical team completed a follow-up working visit to the state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. The primary focus of the trip was to evaluate state-of-the-art technological solutions for industrial-scale coconut water extraction, filtration, and preservation, as well as the production of other coconut-derived products.
Brazil is a global benchmark in the coconut agro-industry, particularly in the development of automated equipment that processes high volumes while optimizing yield and preserving the product’s organoleptic properties. During the tour, our team inspected various machinery options and processing frameworks directly at specialized manufacturers' facilities.
What We Are Evaluating
Coconut water is highly sensitive to oxidation and thermal degradation. Selecting the right processing system is critical to guaranteeing an export-quality final product without altering its electrolytes or natural flavor profile.
Valuation of Derived Products
A fundamental pillar of the Project Zenith model is the comprehensive utilization of the coconut within a circular economy framework. Accordingly, the technical tour also included reviewing machinery designed to transform waste streams into high-value bio-inputs, such as biochar and agricultural substrates.
The Vision for Project Zenith
Project Zenith is conceived as a global-standard bio-infrastructure facility. Integrating technology proven in established markets like Brazil is a core part of our strategy to mitigate technical risk starting from the design phase.
Advancing the selection of our extraction lines enables us to define the plant’s final layout, optimize energy and water efficiency throughout the process, and ensure the asset meets the operational and sanitary requirements of institutional clients across North America and Europe.
