To ensure long-term scalability, the project leverages a sustainable biomass supply. The plant's production is 100% committed under a long-term off-take agreement with a European buyer. The development phase is scheduled to commence in 2026.

10,000-hectare eucalyptus forestry development in the Caribbean region, Colombia
Status: Development phase 2026

10,000-Hectare Coconut Bio-Industrial Ecosystem and Processing Plant
Status: Development phase 2026
Learn more This project entails the development of a fully industrialized, 10,000-hectare coconut plantation. This is made possible through strategic alliances with international AgTech investors and a leading local agro-industrial partner, who brings over 40 years of operational experience and 10,000 hectares of established oil palm plantations. By utilizing high-yield imported genetics and vertically integrated processing facilities, we guarantee high-efficiency extraction of premium coconut oil, water, and fiber for the production of advanced materials. This synergy between world-class agronomic management and proven industrial expertise ensures a sustainable, high-value supply chain for the global activated carbon and food markets. As of 2026, the project is currently entering the feasibility phase.

Industrial wood pellet plant, 150,000 t/y – Magdalena, Colombia
Status: Sold and delivered in May 2025
Learn more. We financed, constructed, and commissioned an industrial-grade (i2) wood pellet production plant with a nominal capacity of 150,000 tons per year in the lower Magdalena River basin, Colombia. The project integrated cutting-edge technology, such as high-efficiency rotary dryers and robust compaction presses, to densify biomass. This project was delivered with a fully secured operational and commercial cycle, including the execution of all necessary contracts and the signing of a multi-year offtake agreement with a reputable European partner for the export of total production. With strategic logistical access to the port of Barranquilla, the plant transforms woody biomass into low-impact renewable fuel. The project was acquired by a Private Equity fund and was delivered ,fully commissioned in June 2025.
