As developers and operators, we have engineered and built several innovative industrial projects, focused on decarbonization over the last decade, primarily utilizing biomass and biogas.

 

Our current focus is to develop Biocoke and other advanced material projects

Today, our focus lies in developing metallurgical biocarbon production lines, also known as biocoke, designed for seamless integration into steelmaking and heavy metallurgical processes. This product acts as a ‘drop-in’ substitute for conventional coking coal, enabling effective decarbonization without compromising technical efficiency or the quality of the final metal product.

The Value Proposition:

  • Drop-in Substitution: A material engineered to replace fossil-based feedstocks in furnaces and reactors, meeting the rigorous technical specifications required by heavy industry.

  • Input Engineering: We transform controlled biomass into stable carbon, ensuring a high-purity, high-performance reducing agent for the production of Green Metals.

  • Net Impact: Biocoke does not merely substitute mineral coal; it serves as a vector for CO2 capture and net reduction across the entire steel and energy value chain.

  • Building a robust renewable carbon supply network through the integration of large-scale biogenic assets and state-of-the-art thermal processing technology.

  • Additionally, we are in the early pre-feasibility stage for other advanced material projects, such as activated carbon.
