At Rebalance75, which he co-founded in 2022 and served on the Board before stepping into his full-time executive role as Managing Partner in 2025, Juan directs platform strategy, capital placement, and operational stewardship. This follows 5 years as Co-Founder & CEO of an industrial bioenergy platform, where he spearheaded development, commissioning and management of the asset, through to a control-stake sale to an international Private Equity fund. Previously, Juan established and led a scale agroindustrial export platform servicing distribution channels across 30+ countries as CEO, executing its sale to a leading US institutional buyer. His career began with a decade in senior business development and advisory roles within corporate financial services and outsourcing firms in London and New York.

Her institutional background was forged in New York, where she spent a decade in private equity, culminating as Vice President within the Private Equity division at BlackRock, managing deal structuring, valuation, and portfolio execution. Following her tenure in New York, she returned to Colombia as Investment Director for a leading investment firm, driving capital deployment and corporate finance strategy across regional markets. Transitioning to executive operations, Juliana served as CFO and operational administrator for scale agroindustrial export platforms servicing channels across 30+ countries. In this hands-on capacity, she led internal financial controlling, administrative oversight, and working capital optimization, while playing a pivotal role in the financial execution for the cross-border sale of production platforms to major US buyers. She is also a Co-Founder and Partner of a US-based import and wholesale distribution platform, managing multi-country supply procurement and national B2B networks across the US.

He has directed the commissioning, startup, and operational optimization of industrial megaprojects exceeding USD $7.8 Billion in total capital value, specializing in structural Capex/Opex reduction, throughput optimization, and reliability engineering. Juancarlo currently serves as Head of Industrial Operations for large-scale bioenergy platforms.
